Vogue Fitness has a ‘No Cancellation’ policy. Once a purchase is made, this purchase will not be refundable. Our delivery dates are made clear on each item. It is your duty to ensure that these delivery dates meet your expectations. If you proceed to checkout and make payment, you have agreed to this delivery date as we have notified you in full before payment is made.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrectly sized and this must occur within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If an item comes with a tag, the tag must still be attached.
If an exchange is required before Vogue Fitness has dispatched your order, store credit may be provided at 90% of your purchase value.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, sale items cannot be exchanged.
If you wish to return a defective or damaged item purchased from our shop, you must do so within 14 days of receiving the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we won’t be able to process any exchange or return. In the case of returns your purchase price will be refunded, or store credit will be issued for your full purchase price.
To complete your return, we require you to use our dedicated return platform and follow the instructions. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Vogue Fitness, Yas Marina, Level 1, Building 2, Abu Dhabi AZ, United Arab Emirates
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
