How do I add items to my cart?

Select the product that you want to order, choose the colour, size, weight and quantity. Click the “ADD TO CART” button and the product will be added to your cart immediately.

How do I remove items from my cart?

You can delete any item in your cart by clicking the “X” sign on the cart page. This will automatically delete the item from your cart.

How do I change the quantity of an item in my cart?

Changing the quantity of an item in your cart is easily done, open up your cart and either press the “^” to increase the quantity or the downwards arrow to decrease the quantity.

How can I view items in my cart?

To view the contents of your shopping cart, click the cart icon in the upper-right corner of your screen. Once you have clicked this icon, you can view what is in your cart and either change the quantity you want to purchase or delete specific items.

Can I add items to a wishlist?

Yes, when you choose any item that you are interested in there is a heart icon next to the “ADD TO CART” which says “Add to wishlist”. Once you have clicked this it will automatically add the item to your wishlist. You can view your wishlist in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Where can I find a size guide for apparel?

You can find the size guide on the apparel product pages, click the “Size Guide” button right above the size options.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Delivery within the United Arab Emirates cities shall be within 1-3 working days and from 4-10 working days to other countries, depending upon the ability of the third party delivery company.

What is the charge for delivery?

United Arab Emirates delivery fees will be a flat rate of between AED 30-35 up to 5kg and delivery fees outside the UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location.

We deliver our products primarily to the United Arab Emirates and also other selected countries.
